All Sales Are Final

MetalStairs Co. products are custom-fabricated to order. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect covered under our warranty.

Any partial or full payment authorizes MetalStairs Co. to purchase materials specific to your order and begin work. These costs are non-refundable once incurred.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only considered before any material has been purchased and before any work has begun. If eligible, MetalStairs Co. may issue a factory credit equal to the amount paid. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

In rare cases of force majeure, and only if no materials have been purchased and no work has begun, the same factory credit policy applies.

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us before any installation, modification, or use. Claims made after installation, alteration, or improper handling will not be eligible for review. For eligible defects, a repair, replacement component, or factory credit may be offered at our discretion.

Transport and Delivery

MetalStairs Co. is not responsible for damage that occurs during transport if the client arranged their own pickup or shipping.

If the client chose our carrier referral, the transport contract is exclusively between the client and the carrier. MetalStairs Co. does not act as an intermediary and assumes no liability for damage in transit. Clients must contact the carrier directly for any claims.

Installation

MetalStairs Co. is not responsible for damage occurring during installation, or damage resulting from inadequate fastening, improper anchoring, or structural deficiencies, if the installation was not performed by our team or a contractor approved by us.

If you install the product yourself, a free installation guide is included with every order. We recommend following it carefully and consulting a licensed contractor if you are unsure.

Measurements

MetalStairs Co. is not responsible for fit or installation issues resulting from measurements that were not taken by our team. If you provided your own measurements, you assume full responsibility for their accuracy. Our On-Site Measurement service includes a fit guarantee.

Product Care

MetalStairs Co. is not responsible for damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance. This includes damage from abrasive cleaners, bleach, acid-based products, or harsh chemical detergents. Use only mild soap and water, or products specifically recommended for powder-coated metal surfaces. Damage from improper maintenance is not covered under warranty.

Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance for 2 years after delivery. It does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, improper cleaning, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear over time. Full warranty terms are available upon request.
